After-sales Warranty

This warranty applies only to kitchen products purchased from designated dealers and used in Hong Kong.

Three-Year Limited Warranty

• Kohler warrants its kitchen and sanitary products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to kitchen and sanitary products purchased and installed in the following countries/regions.
• During the period of the warranty, if a defect is found under normal residential use, Kohler will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product or make appropriate adjustments where Kohler's inspection discloses any such defects. Kohler is not responsible for labor costs, removal or installation costs or other incidental or consequential costs other than those noted above.
• If the products are used commercially, Kohler warrants the products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except for the duration.
• Implied warranties (including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are applicable to the three-year warranty period only. Kohler disclaims any liability for special, incidental or consequential damage.
• Some countries/regions do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damage, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. Other rights may be available, but may vary from country to country and from region to region. This warranty applies to the original consumer purchasers only. Damage caused by accidents, incorrect installation, misuse or improper use is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.

Three-Year Limited Warranty for Kohler Sensor Faucets

• Kohler warrants its sensor faucets to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to sensor faucets purchased and installed in the following countries/regions.
• During the period of the warranty, if a defect is found under normal residential use, Kohler will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler's inspection discloses any such defects. Kohler is not responsible for labor costs, removal or installation costs or other incidental or consequential costs other than those noted above.
• If the products are used commercially, Kohler warrants the products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except for the duration.
• To the extent permitted by law, the foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, made by Kohler and/or its dealers. Kohler and/or its dealers disclaim any liability for special, incidental or consequential damage.
• Some countries/regions do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damage, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. Five-Year Limited Warranty for Kohler Faucets

• Kohler warrants its faucets to be leak- and drip-free under normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. If the faucets should leak or drip under normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucets in good working condition. Normal residential use does not include: water temperature below 0º, too many impurities in the water and water quality being too hard. Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet or accessories, (except any aspects otherwise specified by the warranty card or other written documents) to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for five (5) years from the date of purchase. During the period of the warranty, if a defect is found under normal residential use, Kohler will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler's inspection discloses any such defects. Kohler is not responsible for labor costs, removal or installation costs or other incidental or consequential costs other than those noted above. This warranty applies only to faucets purchased and installed in the following countries/regions.
• If the products are used commercially, Kohler warrants the products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except for the duration.

Five-Year Limited Warranty for BubbleMassage™ Bath

• Kohler warrants its BubbleMassage baths to be free of defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use for five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to BubbleMassage baths purchased and installed in the following countries/regions.
• During the period of the warranty, if a defect is found under normal residential use, Kohler will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler's inspection discloses any such defects. Kohler is not responsible for labor costs, removal or installation costs or other incidental or consequential costs other than those noted above.
• If the products are used commercially, Kohler warrants the products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.
• To the extent permitted by law, the foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, made by Kohler and/or its dealers. Ten-Year Limited Warranty for KOHLER Cast Iron

Three-Year Limited Warranty for Other Components

• Kohler warrants the cast iron components of products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. Gloss reduction, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. Kohler further warrants all other components of products other than the cast iron component to be free of defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use for three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to KOHLER Cast Iron products purchased and installed in the following countries/regions.
• During the period of the warranty, if a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler's inspection discloses any such defect. Kohler is not responsible for labor costs, removal or installation costs or other incidental or consequential costs other than those noted above.
• If the products are used commercially, Kohler warrants the products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except for the duration.

Ten-Year Limited Warranty for KOHLER PVD Components

Three-Year Limited Warranty for Other Components

• Kohler warrants the PVD components of products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. Gloss reduction, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices, or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. Kohler further warrants all other components of products other than the PVD component to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to KOHLER PVD products purchased and installed in countries/regions
• During the period of the warranty, if a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler's inspection discloses any such defects. Kohler is not responsible for labor costs, removal or installation costs or other incidental or consequential costs other than those noted above.
• If the products are used commercially, Kohler warrants the products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except for the duration.

One-Year Limited Warranty for KOHLER Kitchen Products

Three-Year Limited Warranty for Main Components

• Kohler warrants its kitchen products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• Kohler warrants the main components of its kitchen products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
• The kitchen products and the corresponding main components are shown in the table below.
• This warranty applies only to kitchen products purchased and used in Hong Kong.
• During the period of the warranty, if a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler's inspection discloses any such defect. Kohler is not responsible for labor costs, removal or installation costs or other incidental or consequential costs other than those noted above.
• If the products are used commercially, Kohler warrants the products and main components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the purchase contract or by laws and regulations, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.
• To the extent permitted by law, the foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, made by Kohler and/or its dealers. Kohler and/or its dealers disclaim any liability for special, incidental or consequential damage.
• Some countries/regions do not allow limitations on how long a warranty last, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. Other rights may be available, but may vary from country to country and from region to region. This warranty applies to the original consumer purchasers only. Damage caused by accident, incorrect installation, misuse or improper use is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.

Six-Month Limited Warranty for Replacement of the Fittings

• If the product is replaced, the warranty period shall be restarted from the day the product is replaced, with all other terms of this warranty applying except for the duration.
• If one fitting is replaced, Kohler warrants such fitting to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for six (6) months from the day the fitting is replaced. On the condition that the warranty period of the fitting does not exceed that of the product, the warranty period of both the fitting and the product shall be based on that of the product. On the condition that the warranty period of the fitting exceeds that of the product, the warranty period of the fitting shall be based on that of such fitting, with the warranty period of other fittings unchanged.
• If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact Kohler either through your dealer, agent or the following KOHLER service center. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product model number, color, finish, the date of purchase, and from whom the product was purchased. Proof of purchase (original sales invoice) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims.

Cartridge

• The cartridge belongs to consumables and is not included in the scope of warranty.

KOHLER.KITCHENS

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

• Kohler warrants its kitchen cabinets (e.g. carcass, hardware) to be free of defects in material, installation and workmanship during normal residential use for two (2) years from the date the product is installed. This warranty applies only to the KOHLER kitchen cabinets purchased from and installed by Kohler and/or Kohler Distributor in Hong Kong.
• If a defect is found in normal residential use during the warranty period, Kohler will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Kohler is not responsible for labor charges, removal or installation, or other incidental or consequential costs other than those noted above.
• If the product is used commercially, Kohler warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date the product is installed, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.
• KOHLER AND/OR SELLER ARE PROVIDING THESE WARRANTIES IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. KOHLER AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
• Some countries/regions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from country/region to country/region.
• This warranty is to the original consumer purchaser only, and excludes product damage due to accident, unauthorized installation/repair, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or the consumer. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.
